Starting a blog...

Well hello, family and friends! Tyler and I have decided to start a blog to keep you all updated on our life and to share pictures and videos. As an introduction (not that anyone would be interested in reading this if they didn't know us!) Tyler and I have been married almost 4 years and live in Renton, Washington. Tyler is a production supervisor at Safeway's ice cream plant and I get work every once in a while as a book evaluator. We are expecting our 1st child, a little boy, very soon! His due date is June 11th, but right now we are scheduled to get an induction on Wednesday June 3rd unless he decides to come before that. Here are some early ultrasound pictures of Carter:

My pregnancy has been...interesting. I was sick every day for the first 5 months and was elated when that finally passed! We've also had to keep a close eye on Carter's development due to my high-risk pregnancy status because of my heart condition. Overall, the pregnancy has gone better than we could have hoped, even though Carter's tummy is a bit on the small side. We are extremely ready for him to get here and are excited to meet him and see if his personality matches how active he has been in my tummy!
